Join Carolyn Tracy and Greg Riley, two longtime Bay Area Yoga teachers for this collaborative event for the purpose of spreading healing, relief, resources, prayers, and especially money directly to the LA Fire victims in their time of urgent need.

All proceeds to the American Red Cross LA Fire Donation Fund.

Carolyn and Greg will be reprising their popular “Beauty (Carolyn) & The Beast (Greg) Yin/Yang” Yoga Extravaganza.  Starting with Greg’s signature Yoga movements, designed and accessible for Every Body, including his “Joint Juice” sequence.  Greg’s sequence is ideal for freeing tension, releasing energy, vitalizing the mind, calming the breath, loosening the joints and finding and feeling the presence and power (Feel Good) inside Every Body.  Greg’s Yoga for Every Body portion of the event will be approximately 60 minutes.

Carolyn then follows with her fabulous and signature Yin Yoga sequence.  CarolYIN is a World-Class expert Yin Yoga Teacher; she delivers a sequence of Yin Yoga postures that generate a progressive and expanding experience of healing, relaxation, restoration, relief, resulting in bliss.  Yin Yoga is accessible by everyone of all ability levels and Carolyn is unsurpassed in teaching and demonstrating Yin Yoga so all participants receive the exceptional benefits of this wonderful style of restorative Yoga.  If you haven’t done Yin Yoga, you are in for a glorious surprise.  Carolyn’s “Deep Dive” into Yin Yoga will last approximately 90 minutes for full effect.

This event will be easy, fun, and purposeful.  Come one, come all, from Yoga experts to brand new beginners, all are welcome for this important event to help our friends in need.  Bring a Yoga mat, (if you have one, we’ll have some) and if you can, bring yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters, eye-pillows, you name it, we are going full-out BLISS for this special affair.
