Here is your opportunity to “Fall Into Bliss” next October when we return to Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma for another gathering of beautiful beings. For the rest of this lifetime, I eagerly anticipate returning to the magic of Westerbeke twice a year, in the Spring and Fall to indulge and reflect on the goodness of life from each side of the sun with my best friends. Simply put, you just gotta’ come, if you haven’t been, it’s better than you think.

This Fall 2024 affair will follow my new retreat format, a combination of a Yoga and Meditation immersion event. You will have the opportunity to re-engage and kick-start your physical, emotional, spiritual, and social life back into gear in 3 days and 2 beautiful nights. All this in the glorious natural setting of Westerbeke Ranch, just 75 minutes away from anywhere in the Bay Area.

In the new format of this upcoming event, you can choose the emphasis of your experience, whether Hatha (physical) Yoga or meditation, or both. This retreat will have 3 Yoga classes, accessible to all levels, over the 3 days as well as a new, immersive meditation emphasis with 4 meditation sessions. These engaging sessions will include guided meditation, deep and extended quiet meditation periods, lively spiritual talks and discussions, and plenty of time for questions and answers.

In addition, owing to the intimate size of the gathering, all participants will have the option of a coaching/spiritual counseling session with Greg, if they wish. You might consider this a “massage of the mind”, as one-on-one sessions with Greg offer the opportunity to let go of the old and bring a flood of fresh insight, understanding, and inspiration after moving through this unprecedented collective episode that has influenced us all so deeply.

This 3 day, 2 night stay at Westerbeke Ranch is $725 (double occupancy), $1400 (single occupancy) or $850 for an amazing Yurt with queen bed and includes everything, accommodations, all 7 classes, and of course, Westerbeke’s famous meals which may be the best food on the planet! If you would like to include the optional 60 minute one-on-one coaching/counseling with Greg, the retreat cost is $800.
