Here is your opportunity to “Fall Into Bliss” this October when we return to Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma for another gathering of beautiful beings. For the rest of this lifetime, I eagerly anticipate returning to the magic of Westerbeke in the Fall to indulge and reflect on the goodness of life with my best friends. Simply put, you just gotta’ come, if you haven’t been, it’s better than you think.

This Fall 2026 affair will follow my new retreat format, a combination of a Yoga and Meditation immersion event. You will have the opportunity to participate in and celebrate your physical, emotional, spiritual, and social life in 3 days and 2 beautiful nights. All this in the glorious natural setting of Westerbeke Ranch, just 75 minutes away from anywhere in the Bay Area.

In the new format of this upcoming event, you can choose the emphasis of your experience, whether Hatha (physical) Yoga or meditation, or both. This retreat will have 4 Yoga classes, accessible to all levels, over the 3 days as well as a new, immersive meditation emphasis with 4 meditation sessions. These engaging sessions will include guided meditation, deep and extended quiet meditation periods, lively spiritual talks and discussions, and plenty of time for questions and answers.

This 3 day, 2 night stay at Westerbeke Ranch is $725 (double occupancy), $1400 (single occupancy) and includes everything, accommodations, all 7 classes, and of course, Westerbeke’s famous meals which may be the best food on the planet!

This year, I’m renting the Whole Ranch for an Upward Spiral Yoga Family reunion!  So attendance is limited to Westerbeke’s 16 “cute cottages” and space will go fast for this sojourn to freedom, fun, and living life to the full in this beautiful setting with like-minded friends.
