Zoom Yoga schedule

Greg offers four Zoom Yoga classes per week plus a daily guided meditation class on a donation basis. There is a class for every body, Greg has a knack for making Yoga and meditation available for all, from seasoned veteran to newcomer.

Two of his weekly Yoga classes are “yang” style, meaning active, energetic, and lively, designed to build strength, stamina, and vitality.  The other two classes are “yin” style, meaning quiet, passive, and peaceful, designed to elicit feelings of calm, balance, and equanimity.  All are welcome, Greg makes everyone feel included in an atmosphere of non-judgment, encouragement, and humor.  While you may occasionally groan in my class, the ratio of laughter is likely to be greater and the release of endorphins, the “feel-good” bodily chemistry is an essential element of my teaching.  You will feel better at the end than at the start of any class, a good time is guaranteed for all.

Monday 6pm

Lively Yoga for Strength, Stamina, and Vitality All Week Long


An energetic class with Greg’s signature “joint-juice” movements designed to free up range of motion throughout all the joints of your body.  After the joints are released, we add a variety of strength poses and practices that will help you maintain the body that performs all the activities that make up the best of your life.  No matter your skill level, you can find a place in this active class as all movements are offered in a variety of intensity that will meet you at your current ability.

Mid-Week Bliss – Yin Yoga For Calm, Balance, & Serenity

The perfect bookend to the active Monday night class; Wednesday is calming Yin style Yoga, an ideal blend of passive poses held for extended duration designed to relax through the muscle layer deep into tendons and deeper still into the mental and emotional layers of the body, resulting in a refreshed and soothed mind, body, and spirit.  Yin Yoga is sweeping the planet, find out why and make Wednesday a regular part of your weekly self-care routine.

Endorphin Yoga – The Most Fun Class of the Week!


Simply put, Saturday 11:00am Endorphin Yoga is a blast; a blast of fun and frisky movements delivered with Greg’s one-of-kind energy, humor, and enthusiasm.  All movements are delivered with “mild-medium-& spicy” variations, affording all comers to develop the Yoga of their own understanding.  You will laugh, sweat, and progress to a higher version of your Self in this fast-paced class for all levels.  You’ll be amazed at the development of your flexibility, stamina, and strength with the regular engagement of these carefully curated sequences of movements Greg has developed over his lifetime that will maximize the return on your time and energy investment.

Sacred Self-Care Yoga – The Class That Expands Your Mind 

The New Sunday Sacred Self-Care 11am class is a highlight of the week for me and I hope for you. This session includes not only peaceful and healing Yin Yoga and restorative poses, but also a deep theme of spiritual connection. Sunday includes meditation, chanting, and discussion of Universal spiritual principles including “Ishvara Pranidhana”, Yoga language for surrender to the Infinite and the profound healing and peace that results from connecting with our Source. Sunday’s Sacred Self-Care session will touch your Mind, Body and Soul for the better.
